Around the Storsteinsfjell

After having passed Cunojaure, from where it is only a few miles across the border to the swedish tourist hut Unna Allakas, we now continued westwards into Cunovagge. This valley stretches from east to west, and there was remarkable little snow in this valley, compared to what we had found in Oallavagge and Sälkavagge. Probably the strong westerly winds had blown the snow away when blowing through the valley. Thus we were able to put our next camp up, almost on a grassy floor, and with a magnificent view to this 1727 meter high mountain. The mountain has no name, however, but in this case it is not the first time that I see beautiful, yet unnamed peaks.
