Treppenstein Ridge


As preparation for my Tibet trip in 2005 Jacob and I had planned a row of training trips, where we could refresh different aspects of the art of mountaineering. These trips generally runs over a weekend, and one of them was going to Harz in Germany, where there are good possibilities of climbing long rock routes. Friday after work we left Copenhagen, and shortly past midnight we reached one of the small shelters in central Harz, where we right away turned in for the night.
