| After a rest day in the camp I was now ready for the next mountain, and I had set my sights on Venet. This mountain is more like a massif, and makes the Inn valley make a turn to the west to Landeck before continuing eastwards again. Not only was Venet a massif in itself, there was also a preliminary 10 km walk to get from my camp to Arzl in Pitztal, the starting point of the ascent. |
