| I had learned Marco to know, a local from Milan, and we had talked about meeting for a weekend and make a cosy and nice short trip in the mountains. In June 2006 there was a suitable occasion, as my only other trip to the Alps this summer was a week with the Alpine Club to Randa, so it was a good opportunity to extend my knowledge to the Alps by making a weekend trip to Northern Italy. |
