| We had taken the bus from Oldham to Greenfield, where we had initiated our hike along Chew River up to Dovestone Reservoir, from where we had headed east following the mountainside facing north and up to Chew Reservoir. From here we had followed the old road from the dam down and back to Dovestone Reservoir. |
