The many unexpected river crossings also had the result, that I did not get many impressions from this second hiking day, as I was pretty focused on the river crossings and to see if there was a way of avoiding a ford here and there - which in general was futile. But some impressions clinged to me, like this unusual field of weed as tall as a man, covering the whole one side of the river, and which we had to walk through.
