| For the late summer of 2009 it had been my plan to go on a combined hike and mountain climbing in Iran, as I had an invitation to Azer Shahr, but unexpected illness made it necessary to postpone this trip till another time. Instead I tried to revive my old tradition from the 1980'ies of going for a hike in the northern highlands in Sweden, and therefore went up north instead, to Sälen in Dalarna. |
