| We therefore decided to focus on the mountains on the southern side of the Colorado River, and the nearest of them was Ramada Peak, which also had given its name to this group of peaks. This summit is about 6400m high and the second tallest mountain in the Ramada group, next to Mercedario. Ramada was the outermost and southeastermost mountain in the group, and further west followed the 6120m high Alma Negra Peak and the 6200m high La Mesa Peak. |
