| August 2006 my good running mate Martin hat put himself on a serious task, that he would participate in Pikes Peak Marathon in Colorado, and he wanted me to join him. Like the name says, Pikes Peak Marathon is a marathon run, where you unlike other 'normal' marathon runs run up on top of a mountain, turn around here and run back down again the same way. I had not run a marathon for several years, but as I succeded in winning one of the few bib numbers for that race I was on, and on August 5 we landed in Denver, Colorado. |
