The best Normal Route

The aim was Rimpfischhorn, which doesn't look particular extraordinary on the map, but we had spotted it from the approach to Schalihorn a few days before, and thought this mountain looked quite interesting. We hadn't yet decided, exactly what kind of Alpine trip we would make here from Zermatt, and it looked like we on Rimpfischhorn could use our strength on different types of climbing. During our climbs in the Urner Alps we had used the tent as starting point for our climbs, but here on Rimpfischhorn we for the first time should sleep out bivouacing. So instead of staying the night on Fluhalp we actually could start the climb the same afternoon.
