Hinku impressions

The lower Hinku valley is characterized by a dense and impenetrable forest, and only a few paths lead up through the valley to the mountains higher up. Mostly we walked through the dense forest with only a few metre's view, but now and then the forest opened up with clearances and views to the mountains ahead, like here at Tashing Ongma. It was a fantastic experience to hike up through this wild forest, and more than once I had to ask myself the question if this was the most beautiful valley in the world.
