On a trip with Chuck Taylor

These Optical White Converses were not allowed to remain white for a long time, for already the same summer I took them on a larger trip around the Alps together with Jacob Klaris, a trip which had its start at the entrance to the Ötztaler Alps, and immediately went up to Riffelsee and Cottbuser Höhenweg for the next day to climb Parstleskogel, which with an elevation of 3091m became the first mountain I climbed with these shoes. After having stayed the night at Hotel Steinbock in Mittelberg we continued to Hotel Piz Buin in Bieler Höhe, from where we climbed Bielerspitze, 2545m. Which the shoes managed very well, although they also got somewhat dirty!
